  1. I do not have any problems with this commercial. The singing in the different languages just certifies that there are many different cultures in the United States and I do not believe that people should be offended by it. In this commercial, it shows a gay family which is offensive to many people according to the comments I have read online. However, I do not believe that there is anything wrong with showing this gay family because it is a reflection on reality. Everyone should be able to live their life the way they want without being outcast from society. The way the commercial relates to politics is in the division of the conservative opinions and the liberal opinions. Concerning the advertisement in America, many people after this commercial are ready to boycott coke. Other people think this is a good step for advertising because they are now featuring all different kinds of people. One thing I was surprised about in my readings, was that several people thought that this song was our national anthem.

  2. this was due on Tuesday but nah. This commercial includes many different genders, races, and ethnicity's all on American soil. It shows our free and accepting nation, the singing implies that many kinds of people call this country home and that they feel "free" enough to sing a song about this country in their language. I think over all the commercial is about acceptance. On the political side though Coca Cola was invented in America and has spread all over the globe. Coke being America's soft drink when people think of Coca Cola they think of freedom and acceptance.
