Look at the two political cartoons (above).  What message is each trying to get across about the crisis regarding the power of congress to control the money in the federal government?  After you do that, post an additional thoughtful comment, questions, or idea regarding this issue. Note: You will have to do some additional research about this topic in order to post.  Include in your post a link to where you got your information.  DUE WEDNESDAY.
